朱古力軟曲奇
Ingredients:
Butter 牛油 400g
Brown sugar 黃糖 320g
Whole egg 全蛋 3pcs
Egg yolk 蛋黃 1pc
Chocolate chip 朱古力塊 600g
Flour 面粉 700g
Baking soda 小蘇打 16g
Salt 鹽 8g
Methods:
- Mix butter and brown sugar together until smooth.
- Add all the eggs in the mixture and mix well.
- Chop the chocolate chips into small pieces and mix into the mixture.
- Add all the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Freeze the dough for at least 1 hour.
- Shape the dough into small balls(around 40g per one).
- Bake for 9 minutes.
