Ingreadients 材料

Cream 忌廉 500ml

Mascarpone 馬斯卡彭芝士 500g

Kahlua 甘露咖啡利口酒 100ml

Sugar 糖 150

Lady Finger Biscuit 手指餅 2-3pc

Chocolate powder 可可粉

 

Methods

1.Rest the Mascarpone to room temperature, and then swipe with sugar.

2.Swipe the cream until it begins to thicken, and then mix with Kahlua.

3.Mix the Mascarpone mixture with the cream mixture.

4.Dip the Lady Finger Biscuit into Kahlua, and then put in a small flat bowl plate. 

5.Put the Mascarpone and cream mixture on the top of the Lady Finger Biscuit, and then sprinkle with chocolate powder.
